Responsibilities

- Help families protect income, mortgage, and final expenses
- Implement strategies to improve efficiency and team performance
- Communicate progress, challenges, and insights to upper management
- Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development
- Mentor and support new agents as you progress into leadership roles
Compensation
- Typical first-year earnings: $50,000–$70,000
- Weekly pay with performance-based bonuses
