Candidates must hold a BSN and possess an active Florida RN license.
A minimum of three years of experience as a registered nurse is required for this position.

Under supervision of the Director, provides clinical and administrative support to staff providing direct/indirect care to patients on a specific unit/units. Responsible on a 24-hour basis for the programmatic, operational and financial management of the unit/program, quality/safety, patient experience, financial management of the assigned unit. Interviews, hires, assigns work to and evaluates work performance of employees supervised. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital.

Requires a BSN with an active FL RN license.
Three years of experience as an RN
