Job Description:

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Responds to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Schedules guest appointments
  • Maintains client databases and updating profiles
  • Coordinates facility schedules to maximize usage and efficiency
  • Reviews and coordinates information for service providers
  • Maintains and/or edits client profiles
  • Performs stocking and retail related duties
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Previous Guest service experience in a Spa, Retail, or similar environment preferred
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must have basic mathematical skills and cash handling skills
  • Must be comfortable working with computers in a highly energetic and regulated environment
  • Must be willing to assist with any Guest requests in a consummately professional, positive, and proactive manner

Work Environment:

  • Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in the hotel and spa setting, which can be faced-paced. Also, there may be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
