Job DetailsJob Location: Tampa, FL 33607JOB SUMMARY The Treasury Services Associate supports the day-to-day processing of payments and financial transactions while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The Associate works closely with internal teams to help process payments, research basic account information, and support daily treasury operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Process and apply incoming payments accurately while meeting daily deadlines. Review payment, policy, and account information to ensure funds are applied correctly. Research and resolve routine payment questions or discrepancies. Maintain accurate records through data entry, scanning, filing, and electronic document management. Respond to internal inquiries related to payment processing, transaction research, and account activity. Assist with daily treasury operations, cash management activities, and departmental reporting. Work with Accounting, Operations, Customer Service, and other departments to resolve transaction-related issues. Perform other duties as assigned REQUIRED SKILLS Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in transaction processing. Ability to manage a large volume of work while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research and resolve discrepancies. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Ability to work extended hours when necessary to meet operational demands. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or higher preferred. One (1) or more years of experience in treasury operations, cash application, payment processing, accounts receivable, banking operations, financial services, insurance operations, or a related high-volume transactional environment preferred. Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, preferred.
