Animal Doctors of South Tampa is actively looking for a Veterinary Technician to join our fast-paced, 4-doctor hospital in Tampa, Florida.
We are a busy, well-established practice with a strong reputation in the community, and we need a technician who wants to actually use their skills in a supportive, team-focused environment — not just run appointments all day without support.
Who You Are:
- ​2+ years of veterinary clinical experience, as a veterinary technician
- Ability to confidently run appointments of all kinds alongside a veterinarian
- Familiarity with common in-house lab machines and testing
- Experience in surgery and anesthesia a plus
- Confident with proper animal handling and restraint
- Understands the importance of excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule; rotating Saturdays are required
