Job DetailsJob Location: Main Colonial - Tampa, FL 33610Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $18.00 - $19.00 HourlyJob Category: Distribution - ShippingThe Order Selector/Picker is responsible for filling customer orders and delivering them to the delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity. The Order Filler is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled. 聽 Responsibilities 路 Locate, select, stack and wrap full case products in the warehouse using RF system. 路 Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage 路 Responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled 路 Experience using powered pallet jack for order selection. 路 Meet company standards for productivity and average pick per hour/day. 路 Comply with OSHA and MSDS Standards 路 Use a forklift and cherry picker to select products from the bulk locations. 路 load outbound orders as needed. 路 Fill locations as needed to select product for customer orders. 路 Maintain record company trackers in place for orders and shipping. 路 Meet daily production needs for Wholesale, Transfer, and customer orders. 路 Overtime is required when needed Monday- Friday. 路 Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Basic math skills for counting and measuring items. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is advantageous. Forklift Experience A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
