Yard Technician, Heavy/Construction Equipment

Dynamic Equipment is seeking for a driven and reliable Yard Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized yard to ensure efficient customer service and equipment management. Ideal candidates are proactive, customer-focused, energetic and comfortable working in an outdoor environment.

The Yard Technician maintains the overall condition of the yard and keeps our equipments organized to minimize customer wait time. This position assists customers with equipment check-in, check-out. It will required basic equipment and operation knowledge.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES 

• Prepare equipment for clients' delivery or pick up by cleaning with a power washer
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment
• Provide customers basic training, as needed
• Fuel and meter equipment upon check-in
• Record fuel logs and other information
• Stage equipment for deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the yard
• Ensure all rental equipment is properly tagged and has required key
• Other duties, as assigned by Management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have good organizational skills
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be customer service oriented
• Basic computer skills is a must
• Valid State issued Driver’s License
• Must be able to pass drug test and background check
• Self-motivated, positive, 'can do' attitude and team player
• Able to work with only minimal supervision
• Able to quality check their own work and be very detailed oriented
• Experience is helpful but not required
