The everyday hustle:Â
Develop and execute creative designs for a variety of mediums, with a strong focus on digital assets (social media, websites, email campaigns, etc.)Â
Develop brand assets to continue to strengthen and bring consistency to the ReliaQuest brand.Â
Design motion concepts, storyboards, and animatics that support user flows and brand messagingÂ
Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.Â
Brainstorm and develop unique, on-brand design concepts for campaigns, projects, and events.Â
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our visuals fresh and engaging.Â
Â
Do you have what it takes?Â
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Â
5–8+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency and/or in-house)Â
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaigns, and real-world execution across channelsÂ
Experience owning projects end-to-end (concept → design → production → delivery)Â
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Figma.Â
Expert-level layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchyÂ
Proven ability to develop/extend brand identities and create cohesive visual systemsÂ
Strong conceptual thinking: can generate multiple directions and justify design decisionsÂ
Experience with After Effects and export workflows for web including Lottie animationsÂ

Familiarity with creative briefs, brand guidelines, and campaign workflowsÂ
Strong attention to detail and consistency at scaleÂ
Understanding of marketing channels (social, email, web, ads, events) and designing for eachÂ
Experience animating for product onboarding, interactive storytelling, or data visualizationÂ
Basic sound design or video editing (Premiere, Audition, etc.)Â
