What YOU Will Do:Â
- Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and determine necessary repairsÂ
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as neededÂ
- Test HVAC system performance and efficiency using specialized tools and equipmentÂ
- Install, repair, or replace defective parts or components of HVAC systemsÂ
- Identify and recommend upgrades or improvements to enhance system performance and energy efficiencyÂ
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on HVAC systemsÂ
- Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines while working on HVAC systemsÂ

What We Need from YOU:Â
- 1 year of residential HVAC service experience minimumÂ
- Basic knowledge of the HVAC codes and safety proceduresÂ
- Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventoryÂ
- Sales and Customer Service Experience requiredÂ
- Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screenÂ
- Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliableÂ
- Physical dexterityÂ
