We are looking for friendly, highly motivated leader to join our team. As the general manager at our store you will hire & lead a team of 20-25 people, keep our store looking neat and organized, and provide great customer service. We work to keep a neat and organized workplace to ensure efficiency standards. Providing exceptional customer service is our #1 priority, so a friendly and positive attitude is always needed!

Our ideal candidate is:

Good communicator
Excellent at assessing customers' interests and needs
Knowledgeable about current fashion trends
Fast learner who can work with accuracy under pressure
Multi-tasker
Provide and implement improvement ideas
Create amazing social media content

Requirements:

Must live, eat and breathe fashion!
Stellar knowledge of current teen and young adult fashion and brands
Can handle a fast paced / high volume environment
Amazing organizational and multitasking abilities
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Radiate positive energy
Desire to have a career and grow with the company
Must work one weeknight per week and one weekend per month for the first year
35 hours of sales floor support per week plus 5-10 hours of admin work that can be done remotely
