As an ISR collection manager on our team, you’ll help your client monitor, manage, develop, and refine ISR collection requirements, operations, and multi-int strategies. Using your comprehensive understanding of intelligence collection disciplines, collection requirements management systems, collection plans and strategies, and intelligence community coordination processes, you’ll assist with executing collection operations management processes supporting joint command tasking, synchronization, and strategy development to ensure collection requirements effectively support intelligence needs and operational end states. As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for collection management expertise and time critical recommendations, often under pressure. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. You Have: 8+ years of experience in intelligence collection management, experience in ISR collection, plans, and operations, experience with IC-standard collection requirements management databases, tools, and processes, knowledge of ISR programs, assets, sensors, and systems, knowledge of multi-intelligence collection disciplines, including SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, GEOINT, and TECHINT, knowledge of joint command and subordinate organization’s structure, role, and command relationship, TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, Bachelor's degree. Nice If You Have: 12+ years of experience in intelligence collection management, experience as a collection manager supporting CCMD or component organizations, possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidently interfacing with senior military and civilian officials, Master's degree, completion of a DoD or IC collection management course. Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
