If you’re a people person with a flair for hospitality, this entry-level opportunity is your chance to shine in a refined, fast-paced environment.   Your Key Contributions (Essential Duties): Be the Voice of Palma Ceia: Answer phone calls with professionalism, respond to inquiries, and handle reservations with precision. Welcome and Wow: Greet members and guests warmly, ensure they feel valued, and seat them promptly in a polished and courteous manner. Orchestrate the Flow: Monitor dining sections for availability, manage wait times, and oversee the waiting list to keep operations smooth and efficient. Assist and Adapt: Rearrange tables to accommodate large parties, support special events, and work collaboratively to exceed member expectations. Set the Standard: Perform clean-up and closing duties, maintain a professional appearance, and comply with uniform and dress codes. Stay Connected: Attend pre-serve meetings, training sessions, and staff discussions to stay aligned with club standards and service goals. Comfortably lift and carry up to 20 lbs. Engage in repetitive motions (walking, standing, bending) while remaining on your feet throughout your workday.   What You Bring to the Team (Minimum Qualifications): Three to six months of experience in customer service or related training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.   Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. One year of experience in full-service restaurants or the hospitality industry. Familiarity with fine dining or upscale restaurant settings.   Working Conditions: Working conditions will vary between indoor and outdoor settings, depending on the assigned dining area.
