Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides exceptional guest service and ensures all guest inquires and concerns are addressed promptly
- Presents appropriate menus and informs guests of current specials and promotions
- Verifies age requirements are met for purchase of alcohol as needed
- Maintains updated knowledge related to current menu options, preparationmethods and techniques, and ingredients
- Communicates orders to the kitchen promptly and with accuracy
- Attentively listens to guests and anticipates any additional needs or concerns
- Collects used dishes and glasses from tables and other public areas
- Delivers room service orders as needed
- Assists in monitoring and upholding policies and procedures for safety of guests and team members
- Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute tooperational efficiency
- Assists in maintaining cleanliness and appropriate inventories throughout the department
- Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
