AFC Logistics is hiring an experienced Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition and strategic account growth. This is an individual contributor role for a proven logistics seller who can lead consultative sales conversations at the executive level, build tailored transportation solutions, and own the full sales cycle from discovery through close.

We’re looking for a self-driven hunter who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-based sales environment and is motivated by performance-based earnings. Commission is uncapped.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and execute a business development strategy to drive new revenue growth
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities through proactive outreach and consultative selling
  • Own the full sales cycle: discovery, solution development, pricing, proposal creation, negotiation, and close
  • Lead executive-level meetings and build long-term relationships with key decision makers
  • Partner with internal operations and solutions teams to develop customized transportation solutions aligned to customer needs
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and provide pipeline updates, forecasts, and performance insights
  • Ensure customer expectations are aligned with operations to support successful onboarding and long-term service delivery
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity and revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 3+ years of business development experience in freight brokerage/logistics
  • Proven ability to close new business and grow strategic accounts
  • Strong consultative sales skills with executive presence and confidence in discovery
  • Strong pipeline management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results

Preferred

  • Experience selling into mid-market to enterprise accounts
  • Ability to leverage an existing network of shipper relationships (a plus — not required)
  • Experience collaborating with operations teams to ensure strong service execution and retention

Compensation:  Salary starting at 50,000 per year plus commissions
