Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Technician to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. This role is responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining warehouse organization while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations:

  • Prepare and complete orders for shipment or pickup according to schedules.
  • Receive, inspect, unload, label, and store incoming inventory.
  • Pick, pack, wrap, and stage materials for shipping.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy using company inventory management systems.

Inventory and Quality Control:

  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with audits.
  • Monitor inventory movement and report discrepancies.
  • Follow warehouse procedures and inventory control policies.
  • Maintain quality standards for storage and handling of materials.

Team Collaboration and Safety:

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems preferred.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Work Environment:

  • Warehouse and manufacturing environment.
  • Frequent lifting, standing, walking, and material handling.
  • Exposure to warehouse equipment and shipping materials.
  • PPE required as necessary.

Schedule and Benefits:

  • Monday through Friday with weekends as needed.
