As our Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face of Lorien Taneytown—greeting residents, families, visitors, and team members while helping keep our front office running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and guests with a friendly, professional attitude
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Provide general information and assistance to visitors
• Perform basic administrative and clerical duties
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
• Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk and lobby area
• Communicate effectively with team members throughout the building
• Remain calm and professional in a busy, fast-paced healthcare environment
• Follow facility policies and procedures while helping maintain a safe and secure environment

Qualifications

• PRN (per diem)
• Schedule: 7a-3p/3p-11p
• Every-other weekend shifts
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accomodation.
• Must be potentially available for both shifts
• 18 years or older 

Lorien Taneytown is nestled in Carroll County, MD and close to the border of southern PA. We are a Nursing Home and Assisted Living community that offers skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, in and outpatient therapy.
