Faithworks Total Ground Maintenance is hiring a dependable Park Attendant to help care for a scenic county park and nearby sites in the Astatula/Ferndale area. This is a great fit for someone local who likes working outdoors, takes pride in keeping a place clean and welcoming, and wants hours that grow. You'll start part-time now, with hours stepping up to roughly 32 per week in early August.

The work is steady and straightforward, but it runs on reliability — the park opens and closes on a schedule, and visitors count on it being open and ready every day, weekends included.

What you'll do

Open the park in the morning and close and lock the gates in the evening, on time, every scheduled day
Make daily trash runs — empty receptacles, replace bags, and keep grounds and parking areas tidy
Handle light grounds upkeep and keep the overlook presentable for visitors
Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns promptly

What we're looking for

You live near Astatula or Ferndale. This role involves early-morning and evening gate duties plus short daily trips, so a short commute isn't a preference — it's part of doing the job well.
Reliable transportation and a track record of showing up on time
Weekend availability (the park needs coverage seven days a week)
Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat and doing light physical work
Must pass a background check. Requirements for the position.
