Role Overview: We are seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine/Internal Medicine/Geriatrics Physician. This position offers 2 ½ days providing care at the Multispecialty Clinic and 2 days providing nursing home care.
Requirements:
- BE/BC Family Medicine/Internal Medicine/Geriatrics Physician
- Geriatric fellowship training desired, not required
