Multi-Site Maintenance Technician

We’re hiring a reliable, hard-working Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to support operations across multiple residential properties.

This role is for someone who wants to stay busy, learn, and grow. You don’t need to be a master tech — but you do need basic maintenance knowledge, strong work ethic, and the ability to handle responsibility.

What You’ll Do

• Complete maintenance and minor repairs across multiple sites
 • Respond to resident service requests in a timely manner
 • Assist with preventative maintenance and inspections
 • Support unit turns and property improvements
 • Work alongside senior technicians when needed
 • Maintain a professional, solution-focused attitude

What We’re Looking For

• Basic knowledge of general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc.)
 • Willingness to learn and take direction
 • Ability to manage time and move between properties efficiently
 • Valid driver’s license required
 • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
 • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
