Job DetailsJob Location: Tarentum, PA 15084Salary Range: $55,181.00 - $91,247.00 SalaryWe are seeking a full-time, skilled and adaptable Web Developer to join our team. This role focuses on building, maintaining, and optimizing high-traffic web properties, with an emphasis on WordPress-based systems and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate is technically strong, communicates clearly, and thrives in an environment where priorities can shift quickly.  You may work at our Tarentum office or fully remote. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance WordPress-based websites and applications Experience working with databases, including managing, querying, and transforming data across systems (e.g., Aurora, MySQL, DynamoDB, or similar) Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Build and customize themes, plugins, and integrations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features and improvements Troubleshoot issues and optimize site performance, reliability, and scalability Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and timelines Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices Required Skills & Experience Strong experience with WordPress development (themes, plugins, APIs) Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Solid understanding of web performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility Experience working in collaborative development environments Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts Ability to pivot quickly and manage multiple priorities effectively Preferred (Not Required) Experience with AWS services (deployment, integrations, or infrastructure) Familiarity with REST APIs and modern JavaScript frameworks Understanding of SEO and high-traffic site optimization What We’re Looking For A proactive problem-solver who can work independently and as part of a team Someone comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities A developer who values clean code, performance, and maintainability How to Apply If you are passionate about your work and meet the qualifications, we'd love to hear from you!
