Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service while ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and property
- Enforce site-specific safety procedures and policies
- Monitor entrances, exits, and hotel grounds to prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activity
- Conduct routine patrols and inspections of doors, windows, and perimeters
- Respond calmly and effectively to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies
- Prepare clear incident reports and communicate safety risks as needed
Minimum Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid
New York State Security Guard License (unarmed) - Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
- Good physical condition to perform the essential duties of the role
