The Sullivan Tire Retail Resource Center in Taunton, MA is looking for a new team member! If you are interested in joining a dynamic, employee-owned company, we would love to hear from you.


Our Retail Resource Center is one of the major lifelines for our company, assisting the 80+ retail stores with scheduling appointments, and providing tires and service. Every day is filled with new challenges that keep you engaged, including logistics, problem-solving, and product purchasing. We pride ourselves on honesty, accuracy, and delivering! 


Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with our retail locations to book appointments for tires and services
  • Answer incoming phone calls while providing high-quality customer service
  • Handle a high volume of internet communication, including e-mails and live chats
  • Develop and maintain effective sales practices
  • Handle customer questions and concerns in a quick and effective manner
  • Build and maintain relationships with team members, co-workers from other divisions, and customers
  • Constantly strive to find new and inventive ways to improve the company
  • Take on new and innovative projects outside standard responsibilities when the opportunity or need arises

Requirements

  • Strong customer service focus
  • Creative, open-minded, and resourceful
  • Passionate, enthusiastic, and determined
  • Active listening skills
  • Maintain a flexible schedule (some weekends required)
  • Tire/automotive knowledge preferred
  • Strong written & oral communication skills and grammar
  • Punctual
  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
