As an Outside Food Sales Representative, you will cultivate relationships, develop new business, and provide innovative solutions to our customers, helping them to achieve their goals and, in return, yours! This position will reside in: Taunton, MA. Responsibilities include overall sales and relationship management efforts for existing and prospective customers within your assigned territory, pursuing new customers by researching industry and market trends, identifying and researching prospective customers, developing sales strategies, deepening and strengthening existing customer relationships through regular visits and business reviews, providing ongoing training on product offerings, identifying opportunities for value addition, and managing sales territory balancing new customer acquisition and existing customer relationships. The role includes sales training during the first 90 days covering use of company systems, product knowledge, sales process, relationship building, and territory management. Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's degree and/or culinary certificate preferred), 1 year of prior sales, business, or food service experience, a valid state driver's license and safe driving record, ability to obtain food safety certification, and bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese.
