We’re looking for a Capital Equipment Project Manager who thrives on complexity, owns every phase of the project lifecycle, and knows how to keep things moving—on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the Full Project Lifecycle: From definition and engineering to installation and closure, you’ll manage packaging systems valued at $500K–$3M.
  • Be the Client’s Go-To Expert: Lead communications, align expectations, and build lasting relationships.
  • Coordinate Across Borders: Work with suppliers and teams in North America and Europe, navigating cultural nuances with diplomacy.
  • Solve Real-World Challenges: Tackle mechanical, electrical, controls, and safety issues with the support of subject matter experts.
  • Lead with Confidence: Run kick-off meetings, engineering reviews, Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), and Site Acceptance Tests (SATs).
  • Drive Results: Ensure quality, timelines, and budgets are met while managing procurement, resources, and risks.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on project management experience.
  • Proven success managing complex capital equipment projects.
  • Experience with packaging machinery in food or medical device industries is a big plus.
  • Bonus points for working with European-based companies or multilingual teams.

✈️ Travel & Training:

  • Occasional travel to customer sites and vendor facilities in Spain and Italy for training and testing.
