Bachelor of science in Electrical Engineering. 5-10 years of Experience in the design of electrical systems for institutional and/or commercial building systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, Visual and MS office software. Interpersonal skills beneficial. Electrical Design of power distribution, lighting, Fire Alarm, Security for Architecture .Complete construction drawings, calculations, specifications and review cost estimations. Review contractor submittals and provide clarifications during construction. Manage , train electrical engineering staff. Scheduling of staff resources. Communicate and coordinate with architects, owners, other engineering disciplines, vendors, building officials, other consultants throughout the design phases of the building projects.
