If you’re looking for flexibility, independence, and the chance to make a real impact — we want to hear from you! ✨ What We Offer: ✅ Competitive per-visit pay ✅ Flexible scheduling – work when it fits your life ✅ Mileage reimbursement ✅ 3 weeks of Paid Days Off (PDO) per year (for eligible employees) ✅ One-on-one patient care ✅ Referral bonuses up to $500 ✅ Regular evaluations with merit-based raises Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate patients’ physical conditions, limitations, and rehabilitation needs • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans • Provide therapy in accordance with the physician’s Plan of Care • Supervise and coordinate care with PTAs and HHAs • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and equipment use • Assess home environments and recommend modifications • Collaborate with nurses, social workers, and other healthcare providers • Submit visit notes on time while maintaining HIPAA compliance Qualifications Qualifications: • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) • Minimum 1 year of PT experience preferred • OASIS and WellSky (Kinser) experience preferred (training provided) • Current CPR certification • Physical exam (within last 12 months) • TB test (within last 12 months) • Valid driver’s license • Must attend orientation at our Taunton, MA office ❤️ Join the Nightingale Family!
