We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with flexible scheduling options. Why Join Nightingale? • Paid per visit – starting at $38 per visit • Flexible scheduling – full-time and part-time opportunities available • Mileage reimbursement • 3 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) per year • Referral bonuses up to $500 • Annual performance evaluations with merit increases • Comprehensive full-time benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance • 401(k) with company match after one year Your Role • Collect patient medical histories and perform comprehensive physical assessments (vitals, mental status, diet, etc.) • Educate patients and families regarding nursing services and individualized care plans • Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and HIPAA regulations • Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions and adjust care plans as needed • Submit accurate, detailed, and timely clinical documentation • Coordinate additional services such as LPN, HHA, or Personal Care Attendant support • Arrange referrals for services including Physical Therapy or Medical Social Work • Supervise and support LPNs, HHAs, and Personal Care Attendants QualificationsQualifications • Current and valid RN license in Massachusetts • OASIS and WellSky (Kinnser) experience preferred (training available) • Medical-surgical and wound care experience preferred • TB test within the last 12 months and current CPR certification • Physical exam within the last 12 months • Valid driver’s license • Ability to attend orientation at our Taunton office Build a Meaningful Career in Home Health Join a team that values your expertise, supports your professional growth, and empowers you to make a lasting impact on patients and families in your community.
