Schedule: M-F (5x10s)
Pay Rate: Up to $38/hr.
Location: Taylor, TX
Position Type: Full-Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:.
  • Provide administrative support to site leadership and project teams.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
  • Manage and organize project documentation, including RFI's, submittals, and change orders.
  • Assist with onboarding and access control for new team members and subcontractors.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment and general workspace organization.
  • Support scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Serve as liaison between internal departments and external vendors.
Requirements:
  • Must be bilingual in Korean and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in construction or technical environments.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with Project Management tools such as Procore or Bluebeam is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferences:
  • Possession of safety training, (e.g., OSHA 10/30).
