Gemini is currently seeking a 2nd shift Anodizing Technician to join our team in Taylor, TX Starting pay begins at $21.58, experience considered. Work hours are 2:30pm-11pm Monday-Friday.
 

Gemini is looking for an experienced 2nd Shift Anodizing Technician to join the 2nd shift team at our location in Taylor, TX. This position is responsible for learning and demonstrating proficiency and flexibility within the plant to respond to and support  based on business need. This position may support other internal departments and those of the flat cut out, plastics and pronto shops. Wage Range: $20.05 to $26.54, plus 10% Shift Differential
Location: Taylor, TX
Type: Full Time – On-site
Schedule:  2:30pm-11:00pm (Monday-Friday) with overtime as required

A day in the life of a Anodizing Technician at Gemini is:

  • Inspect PPE & ensure that all safety protocols are in place.
  • Test chemical concentrations, PH, Levels, and temperatures in anodizing tanks. Record readings and make necessary adjustments.
  • Prepare materials/product for anodizing by racking products according to priority and finishes. Verify quality by checking colors.
  • Maintain equipment including racks, tanks, filters, and workstation.
  • Review production totals and complete reports (hour boards, logs, etc.)
