We have an open position for an Associate Sales Representative for the LGM - Willow Birch Pharma location.  The ideal candidate is energetic, competitive, and self-driven, with a passion for business development and customer relationship building. This role is heavily focused on prospecting, cold calling, and identifying new business opportunities to expand LGM - Willow Birch Pharma’s customer base within the compounding pharmacy market.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Prospecting
- Identify, prospect, and develop new customer relationships within the compounding pharmacy marketÂ
- Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and follow-up activities to generate new business opportunitiesÂ
- Research prospective customers and identify opportunities for growth within assigned territoriesÂ
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networkingÂ
- Open new customer accounts and support onboarding activitiesÂ
- Drive territory growth by consistently identifying new revenue opportunitiesÂ
Account Management & Customer Support
- Build and strengthen customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-upÂ
- Support customers with product inquiries, availability, and order-related questionsÂ
- Cross-sell and upsell products where appropriateÂ
- Follow up on quotations, opportunities, and customer activity to drive continued business growthÂ
- Maintain a high level of customer service and responsivenessÂ
Â
Sales Operations & CRM Management
- Accurately maintain customer, lead, contact, and opportunity information within Salesforce CRMÂ
- Evaluate and qualify inbound leadsÂ
- Monitor territory activity and identify sales trends and growth opportunitiesÂ
- Assist with forecasting activities and customer purchasing trendsÂ
- Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Service, Operations, Purchasing, and Marketing to support customer needsÂ
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.Â
- 1–3 years of sales, business development, customer service, or inside sales experience preferredÂ
- Experience with cold calling, prospecting, and business development strongly desire Â
- Salesforce CRM experience preferredÂ
- SAP experience considered an assetÂ
- Understanding of the compounding pharmacy market highly desirableÂ
- Pharmacy Technician experience or background considered a strong assetÂ
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)Â
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsÂ
- Strong organizational and time-management abilitiesÂ
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environmentÂ
- Able to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organizationÂ
- Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn and adaptÂ
- Travel required: up to 6 weeks per year for customer visits, meetings, and trade shows
