Day to day as a Member Service Specialist

As a Full-Time Member Service Specialist at Zeal Credit Union, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our members with their day-to-day transactions. Imagine the excitement of engaging with members as you guide them through loan applications, ensuring they feel informed and empowered in their financial decisions. You will also be responsible for drawer balancing, providing you with the opportunity to showcase your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Your customer service experience will be invaluable as you assist members with day-to-day transactions and navigate their loan applications. Proficiency in cash handling is essential, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings. Exceptional problem-solving skills will enable you to tackle challenges effectively, while high attention to detail guarantees that every transaction is completed flawlessly. Additionally, excellent communication skills are crucial, allowing you to connect with members and understand their needs fully.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• 6 months plus of customer service
• Problem solving
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
• High School Diploma
• Punctuality and regular onsite attendance

Preferred experience:

• Loan experience
• Cash-handling

Schedule

Monday: 9:00am-6:15pm

Tuesday: 9:00am-5:15pm

Wednesday: 9:00am-5:15pm

Thursday: 9:00am-5:30pm

Friday: 9:00am-6:30pm

*Saturday: 8:45am-1:15pm

*Saturdays will be on a rotating schedule
