POSITION SUMMARY

The Business Services Officer (BDSO) serves as the primary relationship manager for Hercules First Federal Credit Union’s business and high-balance deposit members. This role is responsible for both growing the credit union’s membership base and deepening relationships with existing accounts.

The BDSO functions as a trusted advisor to business owners and operators — understanding their operational needs and recommending the right combination of deposit accounts, cash management tools, merchant services, payroll solutions, and other business-facing products. Though business lending is handled by a separate lending team; the BDSO partners closely on referrals and joint member relationships.
