Job DetailsJob Location: Hancock and Moore Plant 1 - Taylorsville, NC 28681Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: DaySummary Job Description This position is responsible for applying upholstery materials to furniture frames using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and special upholstery tools. Essential Duties Use various tools to apply padding and upholstery fabric to a wood frame, completing the inside of an upholstered piece of furniture Build pieces so cover is smooth and fits the frame properly Must be able to read and follow production tickets Must be able to line, spot match, 4-way line and tuft Must follow all safety policies and procedures All other duties as assigned QualificationsPosition Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Previous upholstery experience a plus Physical Requirements The physical demands and work environment expectations described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
