What You'll Do

  1. Design and engineer site layouts, drainage, utilities, and roadways.
  2. Interpret zoning ordinances and regulatory requirements to ensure project compliance.
  3. Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptual design to construction oversight. 
  4. Collaborate with architects, planners, environmental consultants, and other specialists to deliver cohesive, client-focused solutions.
  5. Promote innovative and sustainable design practices, including green infrastructure and smart growth strategies. 

What We're Looking For

  1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in land development and civil site design.
  3. Working towards licensure and/or are an EIT or PE is preferred (SC and/or NC).
  4. Strong knowledge of site design, stormwater management, and regulatory processes.
  5. Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and other engineering software.
  6. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage with clients and project stakeholders.
