Production Operator

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Finishing, Sanding, de-flashing, machine/press operation, quality control, and use of hand or power tools.
• Machine operation with mold presses or bonders.
• Be able to use hand or power tools.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours or more.

Qualifications:

• Prior manufacturing experience, preferred, but not required.
• GED or HS Equivalent.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
• Must be open to work 2nd or 3rd shifts.
• Attention to detail.
• Starting rate $19.00 (plus $1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift; and .50 shift differential for 3rd shift). Additional .75 increase after completion of 65-day probationary period.  Progressive increases every 12 months to top rate.
