Job Description

Role Overview

The Customer Service Specialist at Clear Connect Solutions serves as a primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate communication, timely issue resolution, and consistent service delivery. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and company professionalism.

The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions while adhering to established procedures and service standards.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and other approved channels
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, scheduling, billing, and account status
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism and accountability
  • Document all customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions in company systems
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service completion and issue follow-up
  • Identify recurring customer issues and communicate trends to management
  • Escalate complex or unresolved matters in accordance with internal procedures
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, data privacy requirements, and service standards

Pay Details:

The base compensation range for this position is $28 - $28. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
