Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dump Truck Driver to safely transport heavy equipment and materials to and from job sites, from our yard in South Temecula. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Kenworth T880 with a Super 10 and tandem axle trailer
- Safely load, secure, transport, and unload heavy equipment
- Haul materials including dirt, demolition debris, shoring, and aggregate
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Communicate effectively with field operations, office staff, and job site personnel
- Represent Trinity’s core values at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
- Minimum 5 years of dump truck with trailer experience
- Experience hauling heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of load securement and DOT regulations
- Ability to operate equipment such as loaders or forklifts (preferred)
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings and be enrolled in DMV Pull Notice Program
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to climb on and off equipment and trailers
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Compensation & Benefits
- $22 – $32 per hour, depending on experience
