Smith Hair Salon is a family owned company with locations in Temecula and Murrieta, and we are growing. We are looking for a stylist who wants a real career on a real team, where craft and hospitality matter equally.

Pay and benefits
- $1,500 loyalty bonus. $750 at your 1 year anniversary, $750 at 18 months. We invest in people who invest in us.
- Competitive hourly pay plus retail commission and performance based bonus opportunities

Who we are looking for
- Licensed California cosmetologist with 2+ years behind the chair (this one is firm)
- Ready to take guests now, not in six months
- Loves the craft and stays open to coaching
- Treats every guest like the most important person in the room
- Shows up consistently and lifts up the people around them
- Thinks in rebooks, referrals, and retail
