Cafe & Coffee Bar Associate | Mercedes-Benz of Temecula Are you a people person who loves a great cup of coffee and an even better conversation? We're looking for a friendly, energetic Cafe Associate to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Temecula. This isn't your average coffee gig. You'll be working inside one of the most beautiful dealerships in the region, serving our guests and team members with the same warmth and hospitality that defines the Mercedes-Benz experience. Think specialty drinks, light snacks, breakfast and lunch options, and the kind of service that makes people feel genuinely welcome from the moment they walk through the door. What you'll be doing: Preparing and serving specialty coffee drinks, refreshments, and light food items Greeting and serving dealership guests and staff throughout the day Cross-training as part of our First Impressions team alongside our front desk Receptionists -- because great hospitality doesn't stop at the counter Keeping the cafe clean, stocked, and running smoothly Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand What we're looking for: A positive attitude and a genuine love for hospitality Coffee shop or cafe experience is a plus (Starbucks, independent shops, etc.) but not required -- we'll train the right person A valid Food Handlers Card (required) Reliability, warmth, and a team-first mindset What's in it for you: Hourly pay plus tips A fun, fast-paced environment surrounded by an incredible team Exposure to multiple departments and functions through our First Impressions cross-training program Real growth potential -- we've promoted cafe team members into roles in the Business Office, Sales, Business Development Center, and more.
