This position is open to applicants or individuals who are located in or aroundĀ Temecula, CA and able to work 1st Shift scheduled Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM with flexibility for longer hours based off of business and peak needs.Ā

The Role:Ā 

The Fulfillment Center Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations across wholesale, inbound, outbound, returns, inventory control, or kitting functions. This role sets the pace for the team, ensures adherence to SOPs, and drives performance and accuracy. The Lead trains, supervises, and motivates team members while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards.Ā 

Ā 

What You’ll Do:Ā 

• Lead teams in wholesale, inbound, outbound, returns, inventory control, or kitting responsibilitiesper Jazz and client-specific SOPsĀ 

• Ensure accurate put-away of products into reserve and drop zone locationsĀ 

• Oversee replenishment of active locations based on system-generated tasksĀ 

• Manage kitting operations including re-labeling, re-working, and product assemblyĀ 

• Monitor and ensure timely processing of returns in accordance with client requirementsĀ 

• Arrive prior to shift start to prepare workload distributionĀ 

• Train and guide team members in shipping and receiving functionsĀ 

• Ensure adherence to scheduled break/lunch periods and time clock proceduresĀ 

• Support supervisor in achieving team productivity and goalsĀ Ā 

• Enforce company policies, safety protocols, sanitation standards, and ethical guidelinesĀ 

• Foster a collaborative and productive team environmentĀ

• Gained proficiency in warehouse management systems and operational SOPsĀ 

Ā 

Nice to Haves:Ā 

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)Ā 

• Experience with kitting or product rework operationsĀ 

• Familiarity with Cart.com systems and workflowsĀ 

Ā 

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:Ā 

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reachingĀ 

• Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbsĀ 

• Ability to maintain focus and attention for extended periodsĀ 

• Willingness to work overtime as neededĀ 

• Exposure to warehouse machinery and variable environmental conditionsĀ
