Job DetailsJob Location: 31170 Temecula Pkwy Ste 102 - Temecula, CA 92592Salary Range: $30.00 - $37.00 HourlyEssential Duties and Responsibilities Administer physical therapy treatments and interventions as outlined in the established plan of care. Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, balance training, gait training, and functional mobility activities. Provide manual therapy techniques and apply therapeutic modalities as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist. Monitor patient response to treatment and report progress or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and proper body mechanics. Document treatment sessions accurately and timely in the EMR system. Maintain treatment areas, equipment, and supplies in a clean and safe condition. Ensure compliance with state practice acts, facility policies, and professional standards. Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with healthcare providers and staff. QualificationsQualifications Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Current BLS/CPR certification. Knowledge of physical therapy procedures and rehabilitation techniques. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
