Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately define project scopes and develop comprehensive proposals, ensuringmeticulous management of project budgets and expenditures to meet or exceed marginexpectations and financial objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of electronic security system projects, including but notlimited to, access control systems, surveillance technology, intrusion detection, andcybersecurity measures
- Collaborate with stakeholders across banking, retail, and commercial sectors to defineproject scope, objectives, and deliverables, aligning with business objectives andcustomer needs.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, manage timelines, and allocate resourcesefficiently, ensuring successful project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including tracking project milestones anddeliverables.
- Ensure projects comply with industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices,particularly in data protection and cybersecurity.
- Assess and implement new technologies and trends in electronic security, advising onsolutions that enhance operational efficiency and security for Cennox's clientele.
- Foster strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and partners to ensure high-quality delivery of security solutions.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project progress,challenges, and outcomes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- At least 5 years of project management experience, with a significant focus on managingprojects in electronic security, preferably in banking, retail, or similar sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of electronic security systems, cybersecurity protocols, and industry-specific regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
