Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to existing policyholders, answering billing and policy questions.
- Build local community relationships and engage prospective clients.
- Assist with client follow-up, database management, and administrative support.
- Learn Allstate’s product offerings and sales processes to help educate customers on protecting their families and assets.
- Support the agency team in identifying cross-sell opportunities and qualifying new sales leads.
Qualifications
- License Requirements: No insurance license or prior insurance experience required to start. Must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty (and/or Life & Health) licensing for promotion to full-time agent status (existing license is a plus).
- Skills & Drive: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Work Style: Self-motivated, organized, and effective at multi-tasking and prompt follow-up.
- Career Goals: A strong desire to learn, grow, and transition into a full-time licensed sales role.
