Teachers at Bertrand’s School of Music teach musicians of all ages and skill levels with individualized curriculum in a safe, fun, and professional environment. General Responsibilities/Duties: Teaching Music lessons. Planning and implementing a program of instruction and lesson plans. Recruiting and maintaining students Preparing students for recitals  Offer email and video support Inspiring and motivating students  Building relationships and mentoring students. Continue to update and improve on teaching abilities as a music instructor Promote services & product available at Bertrand’s Music  Perform other duties as directed by supervisor  Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in music education or minor in music is preferred; years of experience on instrument are also considered.  Credentialed teachers are preferred, but not required.  Applicants must be organized, prompt, and responsible. All accepted teachers will be required to be fingerprinted and have a background check through the Department of Justice.
