Assembler

We are seeking Manufacturing Associates for multiple openings, offering both short-term assignments and long-term employment opportunities depending on business needs and individual performance.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday; start times may vary (5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, or 7:00 AM). Overtime may be available and is compensated in accordance with California law.
Start Date: Immediate

Job Summary:
Employees will support daily manufacturing operations including assembly, inspection, machine operation, and general labor. Assignment duration may vary, with opportunities for longer-term placement based on performance and attendance.

Essential Duties:

• Perform assembly and packaging of products

• Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality standards

• Operate basic machinery as assigned

• Use hand and power tools safely

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Consistent attendance and reliability required
