South Coast Winery Resort & Spa is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our Rooms Division team. The Reservation Agent plays an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience by assisting guests with planning and booking their stays, while ensuring reservations are accurate and processed according to company standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to guest telephone inquiries in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Enter all telephone inquiries and reservations accurately into the computerized reservation system.
  • Process reservation cancellations and changes accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Process individual, VIP, and group reservations according to established procedures and policies.
  • Review daily expected call volume and arriving reservations to ensure reservations are properly booked, charged, and supported by required documentation.
  • Assist guests with dining, entertainment, transportation, and other arrangements as needed.
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs to help create a memorable and enjoyable stay.
  • Maintain proper care and use of company equipment and supplies.
  • Work collaboratively with the Reservations and Front Office teams.
  • Demonstrate integrity, customer focus, teamwork, relationship building, passion, and self-motivation in all interactions.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
