Job DetailsJob Location: Global Holdings LLC - Tempe, AZ 85288Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 Salary/yearWe are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support the continued growth of Prime CRM, a scalable SaaS platform serving enterprise financial services clients. This role sits at the intersection of customer engagement, product management, and engineering delivery. The ideal candidate will serve as a customer-facing technical partner while also acting as Product Owner for engineering teams, ensuring that customer needs translate into clear technical requirements, well-prioritized backlog items, and successful product delivery. You will work with customers, product, architects, and development teams to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive execution from concept through release. This role is ideal for someone who is technically fluent, customer-focused, and highly organized, with the ability to manage both client communication and Agile product execution. Technical business analysts often act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into structured requirements and prioritizing product work to deliver value. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Technical Account Partnership Serve as a customer-facing technical liaison for Prime CRM clients, translating business needs into technical solutions Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure client priorities are understood, scoped, and delivered effectively Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to understand workflows, integrations, and operational requirements Communicate feature capabilities, technical and development approach with tradeoff, and delivery timelines to clients Product Ownership & Requirements Management Act as Product Owner for development pods, prioritize backlog and sprint scope Translate business requirements into clear user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria Create well-structured Jira tickets with technical context for development teams Prioritize backlog items based on customer impact, effort, and feasibility Work closely with architects and engineers to ensure solutions align with system architecture and platform scalability Technical Analysis & Solution Definition Analyze and document UI, API, and database layers to build end-to-end solutions Document technical flows, integrations, and system dependencies Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate technical approaches, performance considerations, and trade-offs Assist in defining integration requirements, APIs, and data models for 3rd systems Use SQL to run basic analysis and monitor key products and operational KPIs Delivery Management & Agile Execution Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives Ensure requirements are well-defined and development-ready for sprint execution Partner with QA to support UAT validation, defect triage, and release readiness Track feature progress and remove blockers to maintain delivery momentum Coordinate release validation and post-deployment verification Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Technical Product Owner, or similar role Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum software development environments Advanced experience with Jira and Confluence Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational database structures Solid understanding of modern web application architecture (Database - API - UI) Experience translating business needs into technical stories and development tasks Strong collaboration skills working with engineering teams, architects, QA, and product leadership Ability to break down complex technical systems into clear deliverables Preferred Experience Experience working in FinTech, Banking, or regulated industries Familiarity with REST APIs and integration patterns Exposure to Azure/AWS or other cloud-based development platforms Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile DevOps practices What Success Looks Like Customer needs are quickly translated into clear, actionable technical requirements Development teams receive well-prioritized work that supports efficient delivery Customers experience strong communication, responsiveness, and transparency Engineering teams execute faster due to structured requirements and clear scope Prime CRM continues to scale through high-quality product delivery and strong client partnerships What You Bring Technical Fluency — Comfortable discussing architecture, APIs, and data with engineers Customer Mindset — Builds trust and credibility with enterprise clients Ownership Mentality — Accountable for delivery outcomes Strong Organization — Brings structure to complex requirements and priorities Clear Communication — Aligns customers, products, and engineering teams Execution Focus — Keeps teams moving forward without sacrificing quality Other In-office presence is required three days a week Pre-employment background and drug tests are required Approximately 50% travel required for client engagements and on-site support
