Position: Full-Time Drill Operator
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Pay: $27–$35/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time

What You'll Do:

Operate advanced drilling machinery safely and efficiently on various construction sites
Conduct pre-operational inspections and monitor equipment performance
Interpret and follow drilling plans and site layouts
Record detailed data on drill progress and depth
Participate in team meetings to align on project goals and problem-solve as needed
Adhere to all company and regulatory safety protocols

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience operating drilling equipment (construction or utility industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of construction site safety practices
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Clear communication and the ability to follow detailed instructions
Physically fit and able to handle equipment and tasks in outdoor environments
Commitment to excellence, precision, and teamwork
