Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the full vehicle buying process
  
• Build rapport, assess needs, and recommend the right vehicle
  
• Demonstrate vehicle features, performance, and technology
  
• Handle internet leads, inbound calls, and showroom traffic
  
• Present pricing, financing, and trade-in options
  
• Follow up consistently to generate repeat and referral business
  
• Utilize CRM to track leads, activities, and sales pipeline
  
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
  

Requirements

• Automotive sales experience required
  
• Proven closing skills and track record of performance
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
  
• Strong follow-up and CRM usage skills
  
• Bilingual is a plus
  
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
