EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE SALES PROFESSIONALS WANTED
Horne Mazda Tempe is growing and looking for proven Automotive Sales Consultants to join our high-volume dealership team.
If you already know how to work a showroom, follow up with internet leads, build a pipeline, negotiate deals, and close — we want to talk to you.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for experienced dealership sales professionals who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

$5,000–$10,000+ monthly earning potential

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous automotive dealership sales experience required
Proven track record of vehicle sales performance
Strong closing and negotiation skills
Experience working showroom traffic and internet leads
Strong prospecting, follow-up, and customer retention skills
Experience using a dealership CRM
Knowledge of vehicle features, pricing, financing, and trade-ins
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Professional communication and customer service skills
Valid Arizona Driver’s License
AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
We are specifically seeking current or recently experienced Automotive Sales Consultants who understand the dealership sales process and are ready to produce.
Candidates must have previous automotive dealership sales experience.
